§1Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses in our online shop at trendura.co. A consumer is any person who places an order for purposes that are mainly outside their trade or profession. Different terms of a customer only apply if we expressly agree to them in writing.
§2Contract partner
Your contract partner is trendura, No. 5, 18/F, Strand 49, 49 Bonham Strand Sheung Wan, email help@trendura.co ("we", "Trendura"). You can find all details in our imprint.
§3Your order and the contract
The products shown in our shop are not a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
You choose your items, add them to your bag and go to checkout. There you enter your details, choose a shipping and payment method and can check and correct all entries before ordering. By clicking the final order button (e.g. "Pay now" / "Complete order") you place a binding order.
Right after that you receive an email confirming that we received your order. This email does not yet accept your order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by a separate email (shipping confirmation) or by shipping the goods, at the latest within five days. If you pay by PayPal, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, the contract is concluded when the payment is completed.
§4Contract language and storage
Contracts can be concluded in English or German. We store the contract text and send you your order details and these terms by email. You can view these terms on this page at any time and print or save them.
§5Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros (or in the currency shown for your country) and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added unless stated otherwise and are shown before you order in your bag, at checkout and on our shipping terms page. Standard shipping is free from a product value of €180 where stated.
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country and are paid by you, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
§6Payment
You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna. The available methods are shown at checkout.
If you choose PayPal or Klarna, payment is handled by the provider and their terms apply additionally. With Klarna you can pay later or in instalments, subject to Klarna's credit check. We do not offer payment by bank transfer.
§7Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed on our shipping terms page, with tracking. Delivery times are stated there and on the product page; they start the day after your order (for prepayment the day after payment). Partial deliveries are possible at no extra cost to you.
If an item is unexpectedly unavailable because we were not supplied by our supplier through no fault of ours, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment already made.
§8Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
§9Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. All details, the model withdrawal form and our online withdrawal function ("Withdraw from contract here") can be found on our withdrawal page.
§10Discount codes and Club offers
Discount codes are valid for the period stated and only once per customer unless stated otherwise. Only one code can be used per order. Codes cannot be used to buy gift cards, cannot be redeemed for cash and are not applied retroactively. The Trendura Club welcome code (10%) is valid once for the first order.
If you withdraw from an order paid with a discount code, the amount actually paid is refunded.
§11Gift cards
Gift cards can be redeemed in our online shop and are valid for three years from the end of the year of purchase. Any remaining balance stays on the card. Gift cards cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be used to buy other gift cards. Gift cards do not count towards free shipping or free gifts.
§12Free gifts and gift wrap
From a product value of €250 (after discounts, gift cards and gift wrap not included) your order includes a free surprise gift chosen by us, while stocks last. There is no claim to a specific item. If you withdraw from items so that your order falls below €250, please return the gift with them.
Optional gift wrap is a separate paid service shown in your bag.
§13Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. If an item has a defect, please contact us at help@trendura.co. Any additional guarantees only apply if expressly stated for a product.
§14Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act and for guarantees given. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
§15Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Please simply write to us first at help@trendura.co, we will find a solution together.
§16Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they normally live.
If one provision of these terms is invalid, the rest remain valid.

Diese AGB gelten für alle Bestellungen von Verbrauchern und Unternehmern in unserem Onlineshop unter trendura.co. Verbraucher ist jede natürliche Person, die eine Bestellung zu Zwecken abschließt, die überwiegend weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden können. Abweichende Bedingungen eines Kunden gelten nur, wenn wir ihnen ausdrücklich schriftlich zustimmen.

§3Ihre Bestellung und der Vertrag
Die Darstellung der Produkte in unserem Shop ist kein verbindliches Angebot, sondern eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung.
Sie wählen Ihre Artikel, legen sie in den Warenkorb und gehen zur Kasse. Dort geben Sie Ihre Daten ein, wählen Versand- und Zahlungsart und können alle Eingaben vor der Bestellung prüfen und korrigieren. Mit Klick auf den abschließenden Bestellbutton (z. B. „Jetzt bezahlen“ / „Bestellung abschließen“) geben Sie eine verbindliche Bestellung ab.
Direkt danach erhalten Sie eine E-Mail, die den Eingang Ihrer Bestellung bestätigt. Diese E-Mail ist noch keine Annahme. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn wir Ihre Bestellung durch eine gesonderte E-Mail (Versandbestätigung) oder durch Versand der Ware annehmen, spätestens innerhalb von fünf Tagen. Bei Zahlung per PayPal, Karte, Apple Pay, Google Pay oder Shop Pay kommt der Vertrag mit Abschluss der Zahlung zustande.
§4Vertragssprache und Speicherung
Verträge können auf Deutsch oder Englisch geschlossen werden. Wir speichern den Vertragstext und senden Ihnen Ihre Bestelldaten und diese AGB per E-Mail. Die AGB können Sie jederzeit auf dieser Seite einsehen, ausdrucken oder speichern.
§5Preise und Versandkosten
Alle Preise sind Endpreise in Euro (bzw. in der für Ihr Land angezeigten Währung) inklusive gesetzlicher Mehrwertsteuer. Versandkosten kommen hinzu, soweit nicht anders angegeben, und werden Ihnen vor der Bestellung im Warenkorb, im Checkout und auf unserer Seite Versandbedingungen angezeigt. Ab einem Warenwert von €180 ist der Standardversand, wo angegeben, kostenlos.
Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der EU können im Zielland Einfuhrzölle, Steuern und Zollgebühren anfallen, die Sie tragen, sofern im Checkout nicht anders angegeben.
§6Zahlung
Sie können per Kredit- oder Debitkarte, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal und Klarna bezahlen. Die verfügbaren Zahlungsarten werden im Checkout angezeigt.
Bei PayPal und Klarna erfolgt die Abwicklung über den jeweiligen Anbieter; ergänzend gelten dessen Bedingungen. Mit Klarna können Sie später oder in Raten zahlen, vorbehaltlich der Bonitätsprüfung durch Klarna. Zahlung per Überweisung bieten wir nicht an.
§7Lieferung
Wir liefern mit Sendungsverfolgung in die auf unserer Seite Versandbedingungen genannten Länder. Die Lieferzeiten stehen dort und auf der Produktseite; sie beginnen am Tag nach der Bestellung (bei Vorkasse am Tag nach Zahlungseingang). Teillieferungen sind möglich und für Sie kostenlos.
Ist ein Artikel unerwartet nicht verfügbar, weil wir ohne eigenes Verschulden von unserem Lieferanten nicht beliefert wurden, informieren wir Sie unverzüglich und erstatten bereits geleistete Zahlungen.
§8Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.
§9Widerrufsrecht
Als Verbraucher haben Sie ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen. Alle Einzelheiten, das Muster-Widerrufsformular und unsere Online-Widerrufsfunktion („Vertrag hier widerrufen“) finden Sie auf unserer Widerrufsseite.
§10Rabattcodes und Club-Angebote
Rabattcodes gelten im angegebenen Zeitraum und, soweit nicht anders angegeben, einmal pro Kunde. Pro Bestellung kann nur ein Code eingelöst werden. Codes können nicht für den Kauf von Geschenkgutscheinen verwendet, nicht bar ausgezahlt und nicht nachträglich angerechnet werden. Der Willkommenscode des Trendura Club (10 %) gilt einmalig für die erste Bestellung.
Bei Widerruf einer mit Rabattcode bezahlten Bestellung wird der tatsächlich gezahlte Betrag erstattet.
§11Geschenkgutscheine
Geschenkgutscheine können in unserem Onlineshop eingelöst werden und sind drei Jahre ab Ende des Kaufjahres gültig. Ein Restguthaben bleibt erhalten. Gutscheine werden nicht bar ausgezahlt und können nicht für den Kauf weiterer Gutscheine verwendet werden. Gutscheine zählen nicht für Gratisversand oder Gratis-Geschenke.
§12Gratis-Geschenke und Geschenkverpackung
Ab einem Warenwert von €250 (nach Rabatten, ohne Geschenkgutscheine und Geschenkverpackung) legen wir Ihrer Bestellung ein von uns ausgewähltes Überraschungsgeschenk bei, solange der Vorrat reicht. Ein Anspruch auf einen bestimmten Artikel besteht nicht. Widerrufen Sie Artikel, sodass Ihre Bestellung unter €250 fällt, senden Sie das Geschenk bitte mit zurück.
Die optionale Geschenkverpackung ist eine gesonderte, kostenpflichtige Leistung, die im Warenkorb angezeigt wird.
§13Gewährleistung
Es gilt das gesetzliche Mängelhaftungsrecht. Hat ein Artikel einen Mangel, schreiben Sie uns bitte an help@trendura.co. Zusätzliche Garantien gelten nur, wenn sie bei einem Produkt ausdrücklich angegeben sind.
§14Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit, nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz sowie für übernommene Garantien. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten (Pflichten, deren Erfüllung die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Vertrags erst ermöglicht und auf deren Einhaltung Sie regelmäßig vertrauen dürfen), begrenzt auf den vertragstypischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.
§15Streitbeilegung
Wir sind weder bereit noch verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen. Schreiben Sie uns bitte zuerst an help@trendura.co, wir finden gemeinsam eine Lösung.
§16Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Bei Verbrauchern gilt diese Rechtswahl nur, soweit dadurch nicht der Schutz zwingender Bestimmungen des Rechts des Staates entzogen wird, in dem sie ihren gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt haben.
Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleiben die übrigen wirksam.
