When do I get my tracking number?
As soon as your order leaves us, you'll receive a shipping email with your tracking link. Please also check your spam folder.
My tracking hasn't updated for days. Is that normal?
Yes, that can happen while your parcel is handed over between carriers. It usually updates again within a few days. If nothing changes after your expected delivery date, contact us.
It says delivered, but I don't have it.
Please check with neighbours and your mailbox, and look for a delivery note. Still missing after 48 hours? Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Can I change my delivery address?
Message us as quickly as possible with your order number. Once your parcel has shipped, we can no longer change the address.
