Trendura Creator Terms

1. Who this is between

These terms are between Trendura, [COMPANY NAME + ADDRESS] ("we") and you, the creator applying through trendura.co/pages/creators ("you").

2. Application and acceptance

Sending the application form is not yet an agreement. The agreement starts only when we confirm your application by email. We decide freely and don't have to give reasons for a no.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the account you named is your own, and that the numbers you entered (followers, average views and likes of your last 10 videos) are true. If they are not, we may cancel the agreement and section 6 applies.

3. What you get

One piece of your choice in your size, free of charge, shipped with tracking. One piece per creator. You keep it once you have posted all agreed videos.

4. What you do

Post the number of videos for your tier, as shown in your application and our confirmation email, on the account you applied with.
Post the first video within 14 days and all videos within 30 days of delivery (tracking shows the delivery date).
Each video shows the piece clearly and is a separate video, not a repost of the same clip.
Tag @trendura.eu and mention trendura.co in the caption or bio link.
Mark every video as an ad at the start: "Werbung" or "Anzeige" (plus the platform's paid-partnership label where available). This is required by law in Germany and Austria.
No logos, names or hashtags of other fashion brands in the video or caption. No claims that the piece is from or similar to another brand.
Keep the videos online for at least 90 days.
Send us the links to your videos when they are live (reply to our email or DM @trendura.eu).

5. Use of your videos

We may repost and share your videos on our own social media accounts and on trendura.co, always crediting you, for an unlimited time. Use in paid ads needs a separate agreement with you.

6. If the videos are not posted

If you don't post the agreed videos within 30 days of delivery, we will remind you once by email and give you 7 more days. If they are still missing after that, you pay the regular price of the piece (the price shown in our shop on the day it was shipped). If you posted some but not all videos, you pay the share for the missing videos (for example 2 of 5 missing = 40% of the price). We send you an invoice, payable within 14 days.

Instead of paying, you may return the unworn piece with its tags within those 14 days at your own cost.

7. Size and returns

If the size doesn't fit, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll exchange it once, subject to availability. Free creator pieces can't be returned for money.
